One tag counts a form view, the first field focus, and the last field touched before someone leaves. The submission itself is counted on the server even without the tag. The form still works if the script never loads.

Add the tag on the page that contains the form. The script finds forms that have an access_key or post to /submit.

What is collected

A view when the form scrolls into sight, a start on the first field focus, the last field before the tab closes, first-touch source for that tab (UTM, referrer domain, and whether a Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Microsoft Ads click id was present), device type, and country from the Cloudflare header. Select, radio, and checkbox answers are broken down.

What is not collected

No cookies, no persistent identifier, and no browser fingerprint. Analytics events do not store an IP. Raw gclid, fbclid, and msclkid values are not written. Raw events are kept for 90 days, then only the daily totals remain. This script does not need a consent banner.
