This is a starter text for launch. Have your counsel review it and add the legal entity before you publish.

Service

Formgong accepts HTTP posts from your forms and delivers them to you. It is not a form builder or a CRM.

The key

The access key is public. Do not submit passwords, card numbers, or anything you would not want in an email.

Limits

Free is 300 submissions a month, Pro is 5,000, Business is 25,000. After the limit there is 20% grace, then submissions are rejected with a clear message. Spam does not count.

Billing

For now the upgrade button only joins a waitlist. It does not charge a card.

Abuse

Do not use Formgong as an open relay for spam, phishing, or intrusion. A key used that way can be stopped.
