Wix

The Formgong Wix app is a draft. What install creates, the Embed HTML path, plan limits, and what removal deletes.

Install

The Wix app is named Formgong. Its public app id is 31f05ba3-6758-4300-8b97-9f578efb6946. It is a self-managed draft in the Wix Dev Center, on the Wix account support@formgong.com. It is not on the App Market yet, so there is no Market install button.

When the app is installed on a site, it creates a Formgong account for the site owner's email. If that email already has an account, Formgong sends a confirmation email and waits for it before linking the site. It also creates a contact form and a product-reviews form. New reviews stay pending until you approve them. A review stores the Wix Stores product id only when that id is a GUID.

Place the contact widget in the editor, and the reviews plugin on the product page when Wix Stores is installed. The dashboard inside Wix is the template gallery.

Until the app is listed, use Embed HTML. You create the form yourself and paste it. Wix runs that embed in an iframe. That path does not install the app.

Uninstall and data

Removing the app deletes that site's Formgong forms, their submissions, and their reviews at once. The Formgong account is deleted only when the app created it, it is not paying through Creem, and it has no other forms. An account that already existed keeps its other forms.

In the app dashboard you can export or delete one visitor by email. Removing an Embed HTML block does not delete submissions stored in Formgong. Delete that form in the dashboard, or use Delete account and data.

Plans

Free email is sent for each submission. Telegram is instant on every plan. Pro email is sent for each submission. Free is 300 submissions a month. Pro is $9 a month and 5,000 submissions. Business is not sold inside the Shopify or Wix app. Support is support@formgong.com.
