About Formgong
Formgong receives submissions from your website forms and delivers them by email, Telegram and webhooks. You keep your own form; Formgong is the backend behind it.
What Formgong does
Your form posts to one Formgong URL with a public access key. Formgong filters spam, saves the submission in your inbox and delivers it by email, Telegram and webhooks. It is not a form builder or a CRM, and you do not need a server or a database.
Who runs it
Formgong is an independent product that launched in September 2026 and is run under the Formgong name. Questions about the service, your account or your data go to support@formgong.com.
Where your data is
Submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1 with EU jurisdiction. Email is sent through ZeptoMail (Zoho, EU data centre). A visitor's raw IP address is not stored, only a hash. Free keeps submissions for 30 days; Pro and Business can keep them longer or until you delete them.
How it is paid for
By subscriptions. Free includes 300 submissions a month. Pro and Business are sold by Creem, the merchant of record. There are no third-party trackers or ad pixels on formgong.com.
How we work
- Prices and limits are public, on the pricing page and in the terms.
- Above the monthly limit there is a 20% grace instead of a hard stop, and no overage charges.
- Submission intake is tested automatically every 10 minutes, and the results are on the status page. Status
