What happens at the limit
After the monthly limit we still deliver 20% more. After that, new submissions are saved but not delivered (up to one more monthly limit) until you upgrade or the next month starts. There are no overage charges, and spam does not count.
Billing and cancelling
Creem charges the card and issues the receipt. You can cancel in the customer portal; the paid plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, then the account returns to Free.

Questions
Do I need a card for Free?
No. You sign up with your email address, and the Free plan has no end date.
Does spam count toward the limit?
No. Submissions marked as spam are not counted and are not sent by email, Telegram or webhooks.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from the dashboard at any time. If you cancel, the paid plan stays until the end of the paid period.
