Formgong is new, and we want our first active users to shape it. Use Pro free for 12 months on a real site. After a month, tell us honestly what works and what doesn't.

The offer

- 20 places in total. We review every application and grant each place by hand.
- After 12 months the account returns to Free unless you choose to subscribe. Your forms keep working.
- Critical feedback is welcome. Your Pro months don't depend on what you say.

Who it's for
You have a real site that needs a working form, or you are about to launch one:
- Freelancers and small studios who build sites for clients.
- Small businesses that want every lead in email or Telegram, not lost in a spreadsheet.
- People building with Lovable, Bolt, v0, Webflow, Framer or plain HTML.
It's not a good fit if you only want to try things out, or if you need what Formgong doesn't do yet, such as payments inside the form or a drag-and-drop form builder.
What we ask in return
After about a month of use, give us honest feedback. Pick what suits you:
- a short call, about 20 minutes;
- or written answers to a few questions by email.
We want to hear what was confusing, what broke and what's missing. Nothing in the programme requires a positive review. If you're happy, we may ask whether we can quote you on the site. That is optional: you can say no and keep your Pro months.
How it works

- We read every application and reply by email.
- If you don't have an account yet, create a free one with the same email and confirm it.
- We add 12 months of Pro to that account. The billing page shows it as a founding user plan with its end date.
- About a month later, we ask for your feedback.

Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Nothing is charged and no card is needed. Pro is added to your account for 12 months. Then the account returns to Free unless you choose to subscribe.
Do I have to write a positive review?
No. We ask for honest feedback, good or bad, and your Pro months don't depend on it. We quote you publicly only if you agree.
How are the places counted?
There are 20 places. The number on this page is 20 minus the places we have already granted, so it is never made up. It can take a few minutes to update.
I already pay for Formgong. Can I join?
The free months can't run on top of an active paid subscription, so the programme is for new and Free accounts. If this applies to you, write to support@formgong.com first.
What happens to my forms after 12 months?
They keep working on the Free plan, with its limits: 1,000 submissions a month and 30-day storage. You can subscribe to Pro at any time if you need more.
