Why people look for a FormKeep alternative

  • Free notifications come once a day. A lead that arrives in the morning is seen the next day. Realtime starts at Professional.
  • Forms are counted on paid plans. Essential includes 1 form and Professional 3; extra forms cost more each month.
  • No stated data location. FormKeep's privacy policy and DPA mention hosting partners but not where data is stored.

Where FormKeep is the better choice

FormKeep has run since 2014 and scales further: Premium is $59 a month for 100,000 submissions, and Enterprise is unlimited. For a high-volume form with a budget, it is a reasonable choice. Free retention is the same on both: about a month.
