What to include
The email address of your Formgong account, the form name, the URL of the page with the form, and the time of a submission that did not arrive. Never send passwords.
Billing
Payments and receipts are handled by Creem, the merchant of record. You can change or cancel your plan from the billing page in your dashboard. For anything else about billing, write to us.
Privacy and your data
You can export or delete your data in the dashboard, or ask us by email. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement.
Security reports
If you find a vulnerability, write to support@formgong.com with “Security” in the subject. Please do not test against other people's forms or accounts.
Report abuse
If a Formgong form is used for spam or phishing, send us the page URL and what happened. We follow the abuse process in the terms. Terms
