Who processes payments

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are sold through an authorised reseller that acts as merchant of record. The reseller takes the payment, handles tax and issues invoices, receipts and refunds. Its terms are shown at checkout.

Formgong is operated by individual entrepreneur (FOP) Vitalii Nemyrovskyi, Ukraine.

Full refund within 14 days

You can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment. Write to support@formgong.com from your account email and mention the payment you want refunded.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds through the reseller

Refunds go back through the reseller that took the payment. As the merchant of record, it may also handle refund requests directly under its own process. The 14-day full refund above applies either way.
