What is the best form backend for a Lovable or Bolt site?

It depends on what you need. For Telegram delivery, EU storage and visitor-language pages with a free plan, Formgong fits. On Netlify hosting, Netlify Forms are free. For many CRM plugins, Formspree is stronger.

Which form backends send to Telegram on the free plan?

Of the services compared here (checked 03.10.2026), Formgong and Formspree include Telegram on Free. Web3Forms lists Telegram on paid plans. Basin, Forminit, FormSubmit and Netlify Forms do not list native Telegram.

Which form backends store data in the EU?

Of the services compared here, Formgong (Cloudflare D1 with EU jurisdiction) and Forminit (AWS Ireland) say they store submissions in the EU. Formspree's privacy policy mentions the United States, Web3Forms says data may be processed in several regions, and Basin hosts its database in Canada.
