For agencies

Contact forms for agencies and freelancers

You build client sites on Lovable, Bolt, Webflow, Framer, Tilda or plain HTML. The form is always the fiddly part: where do the leads go, who gets them, and what happens when the client takes over? Formgong handles that for every client from one account, with no backend and no email code.

Short answer: One Formgong account can hold forms for all your clients. Put each client in a project, invite the client to read only their own leads, and hand the project over when the job is done. This works on every plan, including Free. Business adds room for many clients and removes the Formgong link. Agencies in our partner pilot get 6 months of Business free.

Projects: one per client, from build to handover

Projects are how you keep clients apart in one account. They work on every plan.

  • A project per client. Group each client's forms in a project. You can have up to 100 projects.
  • View-only client access. Invite the client by email. They can read only that project's messages and files, and they never see your other clients. The invitation lasts 7 days and works only for the verified email you entered.
  • Clean handover. When the job is done, transfer the project to the client's own Formgong account. The transfer disconnects your delivery channels, autoreplies and client access, so the client connects their own email and Telegram.

Before a transfer, turn off file uploads on those forms and wait until pending deliveries finish.

What changes with the plan. Limits are per account, across all your clients. Checked 03.10.2026.

What else works for client sites today

  • Leads where the client wants them. Email with Reply-To set to the visitor, so the client just presses Reply. Telegram connects with one button and no bot token, groups included.
  • The client's design stays. The form posts to one URL. There are ready prompts for Lovable and other AI builders, plus guides for Webflow and Tilda. Developers get npx formgong init, npm components and an MCP server for coding agents.
  • Tilda and Elementor forms can forward leads to the same inbox by webhook, so you can keep a client's native form.
  • The visitor's language. The thank-you page, errors and autoreply follow the site's language, in 12 languages.
  • EU data. Submissions are stored in the EU (Cloudflare D1), and the sender's IP is kept only as a hash. The data processing agreement is part of the terms.
  • CSV export and signed webhooks for Make, n8n, Zapier or a CRM.

Not there yet (we'd rather say it)

  • Emails come from a Formgong address (noreply@formgong.com), and Telegram messages come from the Formgong bot. There is no custom sending domain yet.
  • There are no team seats for your agency yet. Clients get view-only access; your staff would share one login.
  • There are no native CRM connectors. Webhooks cover that through Make, n8n or Zapier.

Tell us which of these matters most to you. Partner feedback decides what we build next.

Partner pilot: free Business for agencies and creators

No payouts, no revenue share and no contract. We just want real agencies using Formgong and telling us what's missing.

Agencies and freelancers

  • 6 months of Business free for the first 15 agencies we approve.
  • Renewal: another 6 months if, at review time, you have at least 3 active client forms on 3 different client domains. A form is active when it got at least one real (non-spam) submission in the last 30 days.
  • What we ask: honest feedback after 4 to 6 weeks, in a short call or by email.

Course authors and creators

  • 12 months of Business free for one published piece: a video, a lesson or a post. It should show a real form setup and include your referral link. Up to 10 creators.
  • The piece must be clearly labelled as advertising (for example "includes paid promotion" or #ad). You are free to compare us with other tools and to criticise.

When the free period ends and you don't subscribe, the account returns to Free. Nothing is deleted, but Free keeps submissions for 30 days. Your normal referral link keeps working too: 30 days of Pro for each referred account's first payment. Months earned during the free Business period start after it ends.

How to apply

  1. Create a free Formgong account with the email you want the plan on, and verify it.
  2. Email support@formgong.com with the subject "Partner". Include a link to your portfolio or channel and the builders you use.
  3. We reply within a few working days. If it's a fit, Business is switched on for your account. You don't need a card.

Questions

Do my clients need a Formgong account?

Only if you want to give them view access or hand the project over. Leads can go to the client's email or Telegram without an account.

Can one Formgong account handle forms for many clients?

Yes. Put each client in a project (up to 100). The monthly submission limit is shared across all forms in the account: 300 on Free, 5,000 on Pro and 25,000 on Business.

Can I remove the Formgong branding for clients?

On Pro and Business there is no "Powered by Formgong" link. On any plan you can send visitors to your own thank-you page. Emails still come from a Formgong address, and there is no custom sending domain yet.

What happens after the free partner period?

If you don't renew or subscribe, the account returns to Free with 300 submissions a month. Forms keep working, and nothing is deleted, but Free keeps submissions for 30 days.

Can I resell Formgong to my clients?

Bill your clients for your own work however you like. Formgong doesn't charge you per client; you pay only for your account's plan.
