What you can change in the Site Editor
Open Appearance → Editor. Besides the header and footer, the theme brings 6 patterns, the pieces its pages are built from: Ateliers, Collections, Contact and form, Home: projects (split hero), Manifesto and Home: intro. The front-page template draws the home page from them, and since they are ordinary blocks you edit, move or delete them there like any others. The header and footer are template parts and change on every page at once.
The contact form is the Formgong plugin's form block. The theme holds no form code and collects nothing by itself; the plugin sends each message to your Formgong inbox and email.
What is in the zip
Everything sits in one folder, lattice-atelier/, with 32 files (778 KB zipped). theme.json sets the colours, fonts and spacing, templates/ has 404, archive, front-page, index, page, search and single, parts/ has the header and footer, and patterns/ holds the 8 patterns. assets/ carries the CSS and JavaScript, 5 images and the Inter Tight font files, so nothing loads from Google Fonts.
It needs WordPress 6.5 or later (tested up to 7.1) and PHP 7.4 or later.
Limits on WordPress
The form needs the free Formgong plugin; without it the page has no working form. The demo pages and menu are not in the theme zip. Import lattice-atelier-wordpress-pages.xml to get them, or build your own pages from the patterns.
Lattice Atelier isn't in the WordPress.org theme directory yet, so you upload the zip instead of searching for it by name.

Questions

Yes, under the MIT license. Use it on your own site or a client's, and change anything.
Will it replace my current theme's content?
No. Posts and pages stay as they are. Switching themes changes how they look, and you can switch back under Appearance → Themes.
