npm install, then npm run dev and open localhost:8080. npm run build puts the static site in _site/.fk_ and is safe to put in a web page. Paste it over fk_your_access_key in src/_data/sitedata.json. Every text on the page is in that file. The package.json asks for Eleventy 3, and that is its only dependency.
Inside: src/index.njk puts the sections together, src/_includes/sections/ has one Nunjucks include per section, and src/_data/sitedata.json holds every text and the form key.
The template is the first part. The Formgong account that receives its form and emails you each message can also run a help chat that answers visitors from your own pages, and collect star reviews that show on the site once you approve them. Each part goes in as a key or a short embed code, and you manage all of it from one dashboard.
If your kind of business has no Eleventy template here yet, or a step here doesn't match what you see, email support@formgong.com. We read every message and fix the page, and the next templates we make are the ones people ask for there.
Nunjucks, for the page and every section. The data comes from one JSON file in src/_data.
Yes, the usual Eleventy way: add a folder of Markdown posts and a layout. The templates ship as one page so they stay small.
Anywhere that serves static files: Cloudflare Pages, Netlify or GitHub Pages.
