Free SvelteKit templates with a working contact form

Website templates for SvelteKit with Svelte 5 and the static adapter. The contact form posts straight to Formgong, so there is no form action or endpoint to write.

Other platforms: HTML · WordPress · Shopify · Astro · Next.js · Nuxt · Hugo · Eleventy · Ghost. Or see all website templates.

How to install a SvelteKit template

  1. Download a template's zip from its card above.
  2. Unzip it, run npm install, then npm run dev and open localhost:5173. npm run build puts the static site in build/.
  3. Create a free form at formgong.com/new and copy its access key. It starts with fk_ and is safe to put in a web page. Paste it over fk_your_access_key in src/lib/content.json. Every text on the page is in that file.
  4. Send a test message from your site and check that it reaches your Formgong inbox.

The package.json asks for SvelteKit 3, Svelte 5 and Vite 8, with adapter-static, so the build is plain static files.

Inside: src/routes/+page.svelte puts the sections together, src/lib/sections/ has one component per section, and src/lib/content.json holds every text and the form key.

What to expect

  • Each one is a single page: the home page of the HTML template, split into one component per section. More pages are yours to add the usual SvelteKit way.
  • The text lives in one JSON file and there is no CMS, so someone who doesn't write code will be happier with the HTML version or WordPress.
  • They come from our template generator, which turns one HTML design into ten platforms. The code stays plain, with no UI library, the original CSS and one small script.
  • The photos were generated for the templates. Replace them before launch.

One kit for the whole site

The template is the first part. The Formgong account that receives its form and emails you each message can also run a help chat that answers visitors from your own pages, and collect star reviews that show on the site once you approve them. Each part goes in as a key or a short embed code, and you manage all of it from one dashboard.
