Review widget not showing

Start on the Widget tab, step Check: enter the page where you put the code and press Check my site. It tells you whether the code is on that page. Then find your symptom below.
Nothing shows at all
The widget draws nothing when the site has no approved reviews and the “Write a review” link is off. Approve reviews on the Reviews tab, or turn on Show a “Write a review” link in the widget in step Collecting.
It also draws nothing when reviews are turned off for the site: Turn off on the Widget tab hides the widget everywhere. Turn reviews back on there.
If neither applies, the code is not running. Make sure both lines, the div and the script, are on the published page, and see the platform guide for your site builder: Shopify, WordPress and WooCommerce, Wix, Webflow, Framer, Squarespace or HTML.
Only “Write a review” shows
The widget shows reviews only after you approve them. Open the Reviews tab and approve the ones under Waiting. On a product page the widget shows that product's reviews only, so the product needs approved reviews of its own.
Every product shows the same reviews
The div has no data-product. Add it on each product page with that product's id; on Shopify that is data-product="{{ product.handle }}". Some builders share one layout between all products (Wix Stores, Framer CMS pages), and there the widget can only show all of the site's reviews.
Imported reviews do not appear under their product
A review shows on the page whose data-product equals the review's product. An import takes the product column, otherwise the product handle, otherwise the product id. See Import and export reviews.
Nothing shows and the browser console mentions a Content Security Policy
Your site's policy blocks the widget. Allow the Formgong origin in script-src, connect-src, img-src and media-src, and if the policy limits styles, add 'unsafe-inline' to style-src. Details in the HTML guide.
The widget is in the wrong language
The widget follows <html lang> of the page. Set it, or add data-lang to the div. Inside an iframe, such as a Wix Embed HTML element, the widget cannot see your page's language, so set data-lang there.
