AI features for reviews

Five AI features come with Pro (Formgong Pro): automatic moderation, summaries, translation, reply drafts and mood tags. All of them run on Cloudflare Workers AI.
What each feature does
- Automatic (AI) moderation publishes each review that passes a content check, and holds the rest for you with the reason. See Moderate reviews.
- AI summary. Turn on Show an AI summary of the reviews above them on the Widget tab, step Publishing. Once a product has 3 approved reviews with text, an hourly job writes a short summary for it, plus one for the whole site. It uses only the ratings and texts, never names or emails. The widget shows it in its own box, “AI summary of N approved reviews”. It is not a review, does not change the average, and disappears at once if you hide a review it used.
- Automatic translation. Turn on Show reviews in each visitor's language. The widget sends the page language and shows each review translated, labelled “Automatic translation”, with a Show original button. Your replies are not translated.
- AI reply drafts. Press Draft a reply under a review and pick Friendly or Formal. The draft fills the reply box; nothing is published until you edit it and save. Up to 200 drafts a day.
- Mood tags. Each review is tagged Praise, Neutral or Complaint in your dashboard. A rating without text is tagged from its stars (4 to 5 praise, 3 neutral, 1 to 2 complaint); written text is tagged by AI. You can change a tag and sort complaints first. Tags are never public.
What the AI provider gets
- Moderation: the review text and photos.
- Summaries, translation, reply drafts and mood tags: the review text (and for drafts, the rating), without names or emails. Translation may be processed outside the EU.
