Photo and video reviews

Customers can add photos and a video to their review. The files go public only together with an approved review.
What a customer can attach
- Up to 5 photos: JPEG, PNG or WebP, 5 MB each.
- 1 video: MP4, WebM or MOV, up to 50 MB.
- On the hosted review page and the order page from a review email.
Files are checked by their content, not their name. Before a file is stored, the location a phone saves in it is removed: the GPS block in a photo's EXIF (JPEG, PNG and WebP) and the location tags in a video (MP4, MOV and WebM). The orientation stays, so portrait photos still show the right way up.
When files go public
Files wait with the review, and they become public only while the review is approved. Reviews with photos or a video wait for you in every mode except Automatic (AI), which checks the photos itself; a video always waits for you. The widget shows thumbnails and a video player.

Storage
Every plan, Reviews Free included, has 5 GB of review photo and video storage per account, shared by all your review sites. The dashboard shows how much is used. When it is full, a new review is saved without the file and the customer is told why.
